If you order a framed poster, we will not deliver it pre-assembled, i.e. you have to put the poster in the frame yourself.

Here are the steps to remove the back of the frame:

1. Remove the picture frame from the packaging and look for the small metal tabs on the back of the frame
2. Bend the metal tabs up 90 degrees
3. Once all the metal tabs are bent up, the back of the frame can be easily removed
4. Now simply insert the poster, place the back of the frame back into place and bend the metal tabs back into place

What should I do if the poster doesn't fit in the frame?

While this is quite rare, if it does happen it is important to distinguish between different scenarios:

• Poster and frame ordered from different suppliers
  
  If you ordered the poster and the frame from different suppliers (e.g. the poster from postal and the frame somewhere else or vice versa), you must note that postal automatically converts centimeters to inches (and vice versa) depending on where the order is being shipped to. If the order is going to the US or Canada it will be processed in inches, if it is going to the rest of the world it will be processed in centimeters.
  
  We always recommend including both the poster and the matching frame postal order to avoid such cases.
  
  
• Poster and frame at the same time at postrz ordered
  
  If you order both the poster and the frame at postrz ordered, you must carry out a few checks:
  
  Check if the poster fits from the back (see image below). Sometimes customers test whether the poster fits in the picture frame by placing the poster on the front of the frame, while the back of the frame actually has more space than the front.
  
  If the poster does not fit from the back, measure the length and width of the poster and the frame and contact postal
